Production Assembler

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Assembly of furniture consoles, cabinetry and small parts to support the completion of orders.
- Offloading of raw materials (wood and metal) from trucks, when required.
- Wrapping of finished consoles and cabinetry, packing small parts, and loading of trucks, when required.
- Assist with the organization of parts inventory and with annual inventory counts.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment and follow all safety procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years in the manufacturing industry, preferably experienced in furniture assembly and/or metal fabrication.
- Technically inclined, organized, is eager to learn and motivated.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Has good writing skills and is well spoken (must speak clear and fluent English).
- Works well with others, is a team player who is dedicated and dependable, has a good work ethic, and can multi-task.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues.
- Forklift certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held, and to be certified in First Aid.
- Able to pass security clearances, and carries a valid G drivers license and passport.
- Able to accommodate minor travel as required.
