Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Carpenter / Working Site Supervisor to join our team.
Duties
- General carpenter duties (wood backing install, door hardware install, metal doors and frames install, light demo. etc.)
- Supervise and help coordinate daily construction activities with subtrades, ensuring adherence to project schedule and safety protocols
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site
- Prepare reports on project status, issues, and resolutions for project management team Skills
- Proven supervising experience within the construction industry with a strong understanding of construction management principles
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and budgeting processes
- Ability to interpret technical/ shop drawings and layouts accurately
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with subcontractors, and internal teams
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety standards
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and adapt to changing project requirements This role offers room for growth within the company. Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits:
