CM Lighting Maintenance is an electrical contractor based in Burlington and has been servicing the needs of commercial and industrial clients in the Greater Toronto Area for over 18 years.

**JOB TITLE**: Customer Service Team Member

:
The Customer Service Team Member is responsible for providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to our B2B customers. They are required to provide a high level of customer service at all times through superior communications skills. The Customer Service Team Member will also be responsible for handling general inquiries, placing accurate work orders, supporting the Sales and Estimating Teams and the handling of customer calls. He or she is expected to help develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Answer all inbound calls
- Handle customer queries
- Support Sales and Estimating teams
- Create and follow up on work orders
- Create invoices
- Other duties as requested

**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE**:

- University Degree or Diploma in Business or equivalent experience
- Experience with B2B industries
- 2 -3 years full time experience working in a fast-paced team environment

**Qualifications**:

- Proven customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and telephone skills
- Familiar with electrical and lighting industry an asset
- Excellent command of English -- both written and oral
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Excellent time management with ability to work independently
- Superior organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to take initiative to resolve problems quickly and efficiently
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

**JOB TYPE**:
