**REMOTE JOB OPPORTUNITY**

**THE ROLE**
- Perform credit review and write-ups for submission to funders in a lease brokerage environment
- Review credit submissions and select the most appropriate funding partner for the transactions
- Assess all aspects of a situation to gain thorough insight to making decisions and identify key components of a problem to formulate a solution or recommendation
- Liaise between account executives and broker partners to communicate decisions and updates
- Deal directly with customers and/or their designate (e.g. Accountant) to exchange information
- Request rate concessions and appeal declines, if applicable
- Work with Documentation/Funding Department to ensure the timely advance of all lease/loan funds, as required
- Prioritize and complete tasks within allotted time frames

**THE QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong integrity, professionalism and work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job
- You are detail oriented and able to identify errors
- Effective communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- You thrive in an environment that involves multitasking and changing priorities while meeting service levels for timeliness and accuracy
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree is an asset
