**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage.
- Prepare outgoing shipments by packing products securely and labeling them appropriately.
- Utilize a sit down counterbalance forklift or reach truck to move materials safely within the warehouse.
- Perform order picking tasks efficiently to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Maintain an organized work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate records.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a shipping/receiving role or warehouse environment is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) regularly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.75-$19.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scarborough, ON (M1T): reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
