**Join Our Creative Production Team**

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented **Heat Press & Laser Operator** to join our in-house production department. If you take pride in precision, enjoy hands-on work, and love the idea of bringing custom branded products to life, we’d love to meet you

**What You'll Do**
- Operate printers & heat press machines for thermal transfers and full-colour heat-applied graphics
- Run laser engraving equipment for hats, patches, tumblers, and other hard goods
- Maintain equipment, monitor production quality, and ensure accurate decoration placement
- Prepare garments and products for decoration
- Collaborate with our graphics and sales teams to meet deadlines and production standards
- Assist with other production related & general shop duties as needed (packaging, quality control, etc.)

**What You Bring**
- Previous experience with heat press, laser engraving, or similar equipment is a strong asset **but not required**:

- Comfortable using basic computer software and graphics files (CorelDraw/Illustrator knowledge is a bonus), **but not required**:

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new techniques and support other production areas if needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$18.75 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
