Corrpro Canada is Canada's largest corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for protecting and preserving infrastructure. We provide professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies. Corrpro Canada has complete construction installation services, including crews and equipment to install any cathodic protection system for any type of structure.

**WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR**:

- Provide complete logístical coordination for all aspects (materials, equipment & subcontractors) of Cathodic Protection installation and engineering projects
- Work closely with Operations and Construction to ensure optimum efficiency and profitability
- Coordinate projects including submittal packages, material orders project prep, obtaining permits, and training
- Communicate schedule recommendations to management staff, sales, and customers
- Develop and track project costs, review and compare to budget
- Coordinate and maintain the operations schedule for bid and proposal preparation
- Create, maintain, publish, and distribute a weekly graphic 4-week forecast; produce and distribute project schedules to appropriate managers
- Prepare and distribute project routing and work packages including job-specific info, designs, bill of materials, specs, and drawings
- Estimate labor, equipment, and tools needed for projects
- Assist with bid preparation and line-item take-offs
- Initiate and recommend solutions to problems relating to the product, process, and quality systems
- Monitor project schedules and communicate those that are not achieving target margins to appropriate management

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor or Post Secondary degree with E.I.T., P.Eng. or T.T./C.E.T./P.Tech an asset
- 5 years of project coordination experience with materials, logistics and/or planning experience
- Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer software skills with Excel, online databases
- Experience with JD Edwards (JDE) preferred
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
