We are currently collaborating with a leading global investment management firm to recruit a Travel Coordinator to join their Montreal team.

Reporting directly to the EMEA Office Manager, the Travel Coordinator’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Provide travel booking service for all employees on a global basis booking through online booking tool
- Use and maintain the travel software and TMC’s online booking tool
- Screen travel requests to ensure there is enough detail and authorizations in place to complete the booking requirements
- Liaise with travelers via Office Management Service Desk and assist in the development of Service Desk Portal Forms to enhance the travel booking experience
- Manage travel invoices via Concur
- Responsible for the rare occasions when travelers are stranded and need emergency assistance

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of travel-related work experience
- Confident on travel software and an understanding of the background of travel systems (GDS)
- Experience using helpdesk software
- Multitasking with numerous travel itineraries at any one time
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with all levels of the organization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a positive, friendly and enthusiastic approach but firm when required
- Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills
- Intermediate working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Familiar with reporting and cost analysis using travel platforms
- Manage company account with Uber and other car services
