**level 3 program director**

**Duties**:

- Develop and/or implement program strategies and initiatives to support the centre's mission and goals in child care and development.
- Monitor program outcomes and evaluate program effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the Early Learning and Child Care Act and Regulations
- Foster positive relationships with the children and parents of the center.

Qualifications:

- Level 3 Early Childcare certifcation
- work experience in childcare
- organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of individuals, including children, parents, & staff.
- Demonstrated ability to, manage multiple priorities and ensure the safety, security, well being, and development of children.
- Knowledge of current regulations and best practices that meet the expectations of Alberta childcare Licensing and adhere to the Early Learning and Child Care Act.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
