**Need Ex-Rogers with CMTS Experience**
- Work in partnership with other business units and functional departments, to develop and deploy projects by leading, organizing, and tracking project tasks and deliverables
- Work on testing, standardizing, and deploying new technologies introduced to the client’s Network
- Work on client’s Network and Hub focused projects
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and report project timelines, milestones, risks, and successes
- Provide budgetary updates and accurate forecasting
- Proactively identify, address, and resolve issues, problems, and potential improvements as or before they occur
- Identify interdependencies, anticipate roadblocks, and prepare creative alternatives to enable successful project completion
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to exceptional customer experience (internal and external)
- Promote and demonstrate a culture of disciplined project management and ensure that project management methodology, standards, practices, processes, and artifacts are consistently applied to all projects and work streams
- Maintain a high level of transparency with key stakeholders regarding project timelines, risks, issues, and successes
- Participate in continuous improvement and Project Management community processes and procedures, supporting the effective delivery of solutions.

**Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

- **
- Strong project management, business analysis, and communications skills, accompanied by 3 to 5 years of experience
- Experience managing projects that affect business processes, utilizing organizational change management practices, and maintaining and delivering an exceptional user and customer experience
- Understanding network technologies would be considered an asset
- PMP Certification from the Project Management Institution (PMI) would be considered an asset
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project status and updates, and interface with all levels of staff and leaders
- Adaptive, quick learner, exceptional organization and reporting skills, with attention to detail
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on numerous projects simultaneously
- Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Jira would be an asset
- Committed to personal and team excellence and ability to operate in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
- Demonstrates expert ability to identify issues and make difficult decisions, escalating when required
- Demonstrates a strong ability to develop relationships across clients in a collaborative and trusted spirit
- A positive, “can do” attitude and customer-focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy, and sincerity

Pay: $55,534.57-$100,622.79 per year
