Job Posting: Office Manager - Dental Office

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic dental team This part-time role (3-4 days per week) is ideal for a dedicated professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for creating a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Handle front desk duties, including patient scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination, with professionalism and accuracy.
- Lead and inspire the team by providing clear direction, training, and support to ensure the highest level of performance.
- Monitor office workflows and implement improvements to maximize productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving patient or team concerns.
- Collaborate with the dentist and clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an office manager in a dental setting is required.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software and front desk operations.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor team members.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering a welcoming and professional environment for both patients and staff.

Pay: $33.00-$36.00 per hour
