**What You'll Do**:
- Support prospective clients through the sales process from first contact to sale to onboarding and handoff with our Customer Success team
- Keep our CRM (Hubspot) squeaky clean with detailed notes on every interaction.
- Book highly qualified appointments for our Senior Sales Rep to close.
- Work closely with other team members, including our Account Executive and Customer Success team, to ensure smooth handoffs and a great customer experience.
- Maintain a consistent follow up cadence to maximize conversions.
- Pitch in on promotions, campaigns, and outreach efforts.
- Represent Patronscan at industry events, vendor expos and conferences to solicit new leads and build industry connections across North America.
We are a small but mighty team and are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a bias for action to help us meet our ambitious growth plans.
- 1-2 years in sales, customer service or a similar role (B2B or B2C experience).
- Experience and/or contacts in the bar, nightclub industry is a plus.
- Killer communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRMs like HubSpot or SalesForce to manage your pipeline, outreach, and goals.
- Able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Positive, energetic attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow into a top performer.
