- **Customer Account Coordinator**_
Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, the Customer Account Coordinator acts as a bridge between Polykar and its customers. They manage client accounts, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with the sales, production, supply chain, and marketing teams to build and maintain strong relationships.
- **Roles & Responsibilities**_
- Enter customer orders and ensure the accuracy of information (quantities, prices, items, etc.).
- Communicate with clients regarding estimated delivery timelines.
- Update the customer database and communication logs (price increase notices, follow-ups, etc.).
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations.
- Maintain and update customer account information.
- Log complaints using the designated reporting form.
- Coordinate with production and shipping to ensure deadlines and customer requirements are met.
- Follow up on orders and back-ordered items with production managers.
- Support the sales team with client-related activities such as onboarding new customers and preparing sales materials.
- Monitor customer account activity and generate reports to enhance service and satisfaction.
- Participate in inventory counts and adjust variances in the system.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
- Perform any other related duties.
- **Qualifications & Experience**_
- Post secondary education in a relevant field, an asset.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar role and industry (an asset).
- Knowledge of plastic products and market (an asset).
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze complex situations and solve problems using sound judgment
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, take initiative, and adapt easily
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual - French and English
