**Overview**
**Duties**
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Assist in the planning and preparation of menu items, including daily specials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during meal service.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is essential
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight customers.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
