The EIS team is seeking to hire a **Recruitment and Scheduling** **Coordinator** to streamline and drive our recruitment and help us find the best and brightest to fulfill the essential work we do for the people in our community.

**The Recruitment and Scheduling** **Coordinator** **will be accountable for**:
**Staff Hiring & Orientation**

- Participate in new hire orientations/onboarding and ensure regulatory training and qualifications is in alignment with Agency, Program, and Disability Sector compliance, as well as Creating Excellence Together (CET) Accreditation Standards; this includes service/support planning, ensuring staff have necessary training certifications, reporting and documentation protocols, etc.

**Scheduling & Staff Coordination**

Put our team in a position for success. We need you make sure we have the right people in the right place at the right times. Your organizational skills and adaptability are a huge win.
- Implement & coordinate schedules for all front-line staff within Agency programs, address and communicate all scheduling changes to front line staff.
- Monitor, anticipate, and plan for potential staff & scheduling changes and challenges, ensure appropriate coverage is always maintained.
- Provide input into the possible development of program schedules in response to service gaps and/or identified needs within program staff schedules.
- Ensure all information & data relating to program staffing schedules is entered accurately and appropriately, including adding new staff, addressing staff leave requests, terminations/resignations.
- Collaborate with Agency and Program leaders to resolve scheduling related concerns and provide feedback and assistant to implement improvements and solutions.
- Address concerns about schedule and/or team records.

**Administration**:
There’s some paperwork, but you guessed that already, right? Not to worry, we know you thrive on the details and love having your tasks organized _just_ right.
- Create and maintain consistent job postings based on agency job profiles, post on recruitment websites and ensure postings relevant and updated; complete and maintain all recruitment documentation
- Provide staff recruitment information to HR and/or Payroll
- Compare time sheet data with internal records of work assignments and changes prior to delivering to payroll.
- Provide staff schedule information to Human Resources and/or Payroll for WCB, leaves of absences, or workplace accommodations.
- Maintain clear and objective records and complete required reports in a timely manner.

**Qualifications**:
This isn’t your first rodeo. You’ve got some real lived experience to bring to the table to help us learn and grow as an organization.
- 3+ years’ proven success with recruitment/hiring and onboarding and implementing and coordinating team schedules. Experience in the Disability Sector strongly preferred.
- Relevant post-secondary or extended education/certification preferred.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and work prioritization skills along with flexibility to changing priorities and work demands.
- Highly organized and acute attention to detail.
- Service-oriented and strong sense of professionalism and diplomacy; able to build trust and maintain lasting relationships with other departments, Agency business partners, and other internal stakeholders.
- Strong work ethic, unwavering integrity, and a positive and collaborative team approach.
