Morgan Construction and Environmental (Ltd.), an oilfield construction company, is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Edmonton office based team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the onboarding of top talent to our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage new hire onboarding, including collecting tickets, setting up orientation and training.
**Requirements**:
- Responsibilities
- Successfully manage new hire onboarding of up to 40+ employees at one time.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees providing an exceptional service focused approach with touchpoints throughout the onboarding process to ensure they remain on track for their start date.
- Be available to support other coordinators as needed, including out of office coverage.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in HR administration and/or recruitment would be considered an asset.
- Previous experience in a high volume construction environment would be beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
