**The primary function of a Mall Supervisor Security Officer is to provide the highest level of security and customer service possible and following all regulations and policies set by the company and clients **. Their most important goal is to keep the property, its tenants, visitors, and employees safe and free from harm.**

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- A valid BC Security Worker’s License is required;
- Must Have valid OFA certification or willing to obtain
- Previous Retail Security is preferred
- Observe, record, and report activities and security incidents while on shift;
- Proficient in the English language (verbal & written)
- **Strong observation and communication skills**:

- A calm demeanor and sound decision-making skills;
- Able to complete high-quality reports
- Top-notch customer service, with previous experience, considered a strong asset
- Professional approach to role; acting in a disciplined, honest and ethical manner
- Comfortable working alone or with a diverse team
- Must be able to follow procedure and set routines effectively
- Flexible availability Morning ,afternoon and evenings *Must be available weekends* ) **Tuesday to Saturday Availability**
- Must be physically fit with the ability to stand and walk patrols, climb stairs, etc
