**PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (Temporary 14 months)**

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Production Coordinator will join our in-house agency, comprised of graphic designers, translators and copywriter, to help manage requests, coordinate workflow and ensure all projects are delivered to stakeholders.

**Your tasks at a glance**
- You act as an ambassador of Vision Group Canada and its brands, ensuring consistent brand expression throughout all consumer touch points, both external and internal.
- You oversee Smartsheet (internal tool used to track projects) and process all incoming marketing requests via the brief in-take form.
- You manage communication between all parties involved in the creation of marketing assets.
- You assist in the QA process of a variety of marketing collateral before it is submitted for final approval to the project leads.
- You assist in planning workback schedules for larger projects.
- You coordinate large projects with the IT department (website builds, landing page creation as examples).
- You manage and maintain various accounts for our in-house agency (stock photo accounts as an example).
- You train employees and different departments on the Production process.

**A clear view of your assets**
- You have minimum 2 years of marketing project management or coordination experience.
- You possess knowledge of Smartsheet (project management tool) is an asset.
- You are proficient with MS Office.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- You have excellent communication skills in French and English (verbal and written).
- You are proactive and prioritize tasks.
