Acheson, Canada TSI Insulation Ltd. Full time

**TSI Insulation Ltd**. Is currently looking at filling positions on several jobs throughout Alberta, Saskatchewan and locally in Fort Saskatchewan. We are seeking skilled Journeyperson and all levels of apprenticeship. Pay will be determined based on level of experience and location of work area.
- **Insulators Primary Duties and Responsibilities**_ _(depending on experience):_

**Insulating Piping**:

- Reading blue prints and insulation specifications to determine the type of material and thickness of material to be used.
- Ability to layout patterns for complex piping configurations (Equal tees, lateral tees, end caps, bevels, unequal tees, gores for large bore elbows, pan-outs, stove pipe elbows, ducting and many more)
- Ability to make precise cut-outs in order to minimize the use of caulking and to prevent water protrusion.
- Ability to use calcium silicate, mineral wool, foam glass, fiber glass, urethane and aerogel to insulate piping.
- Ability to insulate and clad flanges, valves and other equipment.
- Must supply and being able to use all necessary piping tools (banders, dividers, tape measure, caulking gun, snips, wire cutters, Etc.)
- Must have knowledge of using combination machine, beader and crimper, 3-foot metal roller and hand breaks)
- Being able to lift, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and lift up to 50lbs

Pay: $22.00-$44.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
