Accounting & Office Administrator (Quickbooks Online)

**Position Summary**
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented **Accounting & Office Administrator** with strong **QuickBooks Online** experience to handle full-cycle accounting tasks and support daily office operations. This role plays a key part in keeping our financial records accurate and helping ensure vendor and customer accounts are managed properly.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and issue invoices based on technician work orders and job completions
- Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Process vendor payments and enter bills related to purchase orders
- Maintain payroll records and assist with bi-weekly payroll preparation
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Perform AR and Collection Duties on regular basis.
- Maintain organized digital records in QuickBooks and internal trackers.
- Provide general office support (data entry, document prep, tracking updates) as needed
**Must-Have Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping
- **Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required**:
- Strong understanding of AR/AP,, collections, reconciliations, and payroll basics
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment.
**Nice-to-Have (Assets)**
- Experience with field service operations or service-based invoicing
- Familiarity with FSM, Trello, Google Calendar or other task-tracking tools
- Previous experience handling the billing side of purchase orders
- Experience assisting with CRA filings or year-end audits

Pay: $22.30-$23.46 per hour
