**Duties**

- Take food and beverage orders accurately using hand written methods
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Manage multiple tables efficiently, demonstrating strong time management skills.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent guest services.
- Follow all food safety guidelines during food handling and preparation.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation regulations is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are necessary for effective guest interactions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- MUST BE 19 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
- Must be biligual French and English
