As we expand to meet the growing demand in the automotive wheel & tire sector, we are seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative to provide unparalleled support to our clients. This is an in person position with the possibility of a hybrid role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries regarding product pricing, availability, and order status.
- Processing orders accurately by entering vehicle information, customer details, and verifying payment information.
- Coordinating returns, exchanges, and refunds in collaboration with our logistics department.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing technical support related to our product offerings.
- Collaborating with different departments to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.

Job Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Bilingual (written & verbal) in both French and English.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail sales is considered an asset.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Interest in the automotive sector is preferred.
- Ability to commute to Dollard des Ormeaux.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
