**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively follow instructions and function well without direct supervision
- Ensure efficiency of scheduled work that is carried out by employees under their supervision
- Daily documentation including timesheets and various safety reports
- Direct Supervision of the employees and assist in managing labor relations
- Ensure that daily operations are carried out in accordance to company objectives through the direct effective supervision of the hourly production and maintenance employees
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation and Mid-City Construction Management Health and safety policies and procedures
- Maintain production schedules, maintenance schedules and communicate progress regularly to the management team

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years experience as a Foreman is a must
- Knowledge of City of Edmonton Specifications an asset
- Have complete knowledge of forming, placing, and finishing concrete
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
