We are looking for a Recruiter who will join our ScottsMiracle-Gro Talent Acquisition Team.

What you’ll do in this role:
- Source and recruit talent for supply chain and sales hourly and salaried positions- Facilitate recruiting strategy meetings with hiring teams to clearly define staffing needs and sourcing strategies- Lead and execute various talent-related process improvements in partnership with internal and external stakeholders (HR, vendors, corporate communications etc.)Partner with TA Coordinators on recruiting administrative activities- Provide coaching and developmental feedback to hiring managers and consult with HR Generalist teams for hiring decisions, potential employee relations issues and outcomes from the interview/assessment process- Streamline hiring processes throughout Canada to provide consistency and enhanced reporting

What you’ll need to be successful:
- Bilingual (ability to speak, read and write in both English and French)- A minimum of 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting- Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions-
- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred)- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple business priorities- Experience sourcing talent through various platforms- Understanding of Canadian employment laws and requirements

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir:
