**What You’ll Do**:
✨ **Be the first point of contact** - Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming experience.
✨ **Manage calls & inquiries** - Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and book appointments.
✨ **Schedule & confirm appointments** - Keep the schedule organized and efficient.
✨ **Coordinate patient care** - Assist with treatment coordination between general dentists and specialists.
✨ **Handle insurance & billing** - Retrieve insurance breakdowns, submit claims, and explain coverage to patients.
✨ **Process payments** - Ensure accurate billing and collect patient balances.
✨ **Educate patients** - Provide information on treatment plans and insurance benefits.
✨ **Maintain organization** - Keep administrative tasks and patient records up to date.

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Dental Experience** - Prior experience in a dental office is **highly preferred**.
✔ **Insurance Knowledge** - Strong understanding of dental insurance plans and billing procedures.
✔ **Excellent Communication Skills** - Friendly, professional, and able to multitask effectively.
✔ **Attention to Detail** - Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
✔ **Team Player** - Positive attitude and willingness to support the entire dental team.
