**L’équipe de santé familiale académique Montfort recherche un Assistant Clinique**

**(temps plein, temporaire 3+ mois)**

L’équipe de santé familiale académique Montfort est un groupe dynamique, formé de médecins et autres professionnels de la santé. Notre vision est de « maintenir et améliorer la santé de nos patients en offrant les soins compréhensifs et intégrés en français et en anglais, et aussi d’éduquer les médecins francophones de l’avenir ».

Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne indépendante et motivée afin d’occuper un poste d’assistant clinique à temps complet d’une durée indéterminée, mais temporaire.

**SOMMAIRE DES FONCTIONS**:

- **Accueil et placement des patients**

L’assistant clinique accueille le patient, prend ses signes vitaux et accompagne le patient à la salle d’examen. Sur demande, l’assistant clinique accomplit des tâches cliniques qui lui sont déléguées par les fournisseurs de soins.
- **Stérilisation des instruments**

Selon les politiques et procédures, l’assistant clinique assure le maintien d’un stock d’instruments médicaux stériles. Ceci exige le nettoyage, la stérilisation et le rangement des instruments au quotidien.
- **Maintien du stock de fournitures médicales**

L’assistant clinique assure le maintien du stock des fournitures médicales, en collaboration avec l’équipe infirmière. Il est chargé de ranger le matériel, veillez à ce que le matériel n’est pas périmé, de stocker les salles d’examen quotidiennement et de placer les commandes pour le matériel nécessaire.
- **Numérisation et classement des documents cliniques**

Selon les politiques et procédures, l’assistant clinique numérise et classe les divers documents cliniques aux dossiers médicaux électroniques des patients.

**COMPÉTENCES EXIGÉES**
- **Capacité de communiquer couramment, verbalement et par écrit, en français et en anglais**
- Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, sans supervision
- Compétences informatiques raisonnables (suite bureautique Office et logiciel pour la tenue des dossiers médicaux électroniques)
- Excellentes habiletés organisationnelles et interpersonnelles
- Capacité démontrée de travailler en équipe dans un environnement en constante évolution

**ATOUTS**
- Achèvement d’études postsecondaires dans le domaine de la santé
- L’adhésion courante auprès d’un ordre professionnel est un très grand atout
- Bonne saisie de la terminologie médicale
- Travail antérieur avec un logiciel de dossiers médicaux électronique
- Expérience antérieure dans un bureau de médecins de famille

**RÉMUNÉRATION**
- Le titulaire sera rémunéré selon une échelle salariale annuelle à cinq (5) niveaux d’entre 17.78$ et 21.80$ par heure.

**HORAIRE**

Le titulaire sera appelé à travailler de jours, selon les besoins opérationnels de l’employeur:

- De façon général, du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 17h

**Salary**: $17.78-$21.80 per hour
