This position requires at least 2 years of service advisor experience. Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds Software is an asset.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Scheduling appointments
- Providing repair recommendations
- Delivering a high level of customer service
- Effectively communicating product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers

**Requirements**:

- Service Advisor experience
- Automotive Parts experience is an asset but will train the right individual(s)
- Experience delivering a high level of customer service and sales results
- A passion for the automotive industry
- An appetite for continuous learning and knowledge
- Excellent verbal, written and effective listening skills
- Experience working under pressure and setting priorities
- Computer experience mandatory.
- Must be able to lift 40lbs

This position is full time with Saturdays a MUST Being highly organized is a huge asset. Exceptional customer service with an outgoing positive personality will also help you achieve success in this department

**Interested?**

Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 5:30 pm with Occasional Saturdays

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
