**Duties**

- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.

**Skills**
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and motivation.
- Experience in bartending is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
- Proven restaurant management experience with a solid understanding of food service operations.
- Excellent supervisory skills to effectively manage staff performance and development.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
