**Paladin Security is Hiring a Part Time Security Guard**:
**Location**: Vaughan, ON
**Employment Type**: Part-Time
**Pay Rate**: $19.50/hour ($40,560/year if full-time equivalent)
**About the Role**:
Paladin Security is looking for a dedicated and professional Security Guard to join our team at Vaughan Mills. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for tenants, staff, and visitors through proactive patrols, incident response, and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Patrol property on foot and by vehicle, maintaining visibility and ensuring compliance with property standards.
- Respond to alarms, medical emergencies, and incidents calmly and professionally.
- Provide first aid, CPR, or AED assistance until medical personnel arrive.
- Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and investigations.
- Monitor CCTV systems and assist with emergency response coordination.
- Enforce access control and property regulations respectfully.
- De-escalate conflicts and handle crises tactfully and safely.
- Support law enforcement and emergency services when required.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications (Must-Have)**:

- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Standard First Aid & CPR Level C Certification
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Valid “G” Class Driver’s License

**Preferred (Nice to Have)**:

- 1+ year of mall or related security experience
- Clean driver abstract and experience with foot and vehicle patrols
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
- Comfortable in busy, high-traffic areas
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
