**We are looking for a Full Time Security Supervisors to work at a Condominium in Vaughan.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all staff working on site
- Liaison with the Property Management
- Ensure that all work assignments are fully staffed and completed according to job requirements.
- To assist the Security Guards in ensuring the safety and security of people, valuable materials, and classified documents pertaining to the premises.
- Be the first and main contact with local police and fire station in case of any emergencies or any site related issues.
- Ensure all incident reports are completed and reviewed.
- Scheduling of site guards.
- Training, Mentoring and disciplining of staff
- Maintaining a professional working environment
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields a must.
- Familiarity with security equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Ontario Security Guard: 1 year (required)
- Condominium Concierce: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)
- Are you looking for Full Time (required)

- Are you able to work Mon to Fri 7am to 3pm (required)
- Are you able to work in Vaughan (Bathurst and Steeles area) (required)
