We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team. Working alongside David, Director of Search Performance Marketing, and the rest of our technical teams, you will play a key role in owning and driving end-to-end strategy for add-on products, with the objective of creating great value for our customers while maximizing cross-sell monetization of our brands.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Conducting rapid iteration, starting with prototyping, all the way through to production A/B experiments, and then full roll-out;
- Monitoring key benchmarks, analytics, and experiment results every day to ensure the health of your product;
- Identifying new growth opportunities through quantitative research, UX studies, and reviews of industry standard methodology;
- Writing the job stories, and specs for new features and improvements;
- Prioritizing work to ensure teams are focused on the highest value features;
- Defining product strategy to improve our customers' experience while using a variety of inputs, and clearly articulating the rationale behind product decisions.

Nous recherchons un chef de produit expérimenté pour rejoindre notre équipe. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de:

- Conduire une itération rapide, en commençant par le prototypage, jusqu'à la production d'expériences A/B, et ensuite le déploiement complet ;
- Contrôler quotidiennement les repères clés, les analyses et les résultats des expériences afin de garantir la santé de votre produit ;
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance par le biais de recherches quantitatives, d'études UX et d'examens de la méthodologie standard de l'industrie ;
- Rédiger les descriptions de tâches et les spécifications pour les nouvelles fonctionnalités et les améliorations ;
- Prioriser le travail pour s'assurer que les équipes se concentrent sur les fonctionnalités à plus forte valeur ajoutée ;
- Définir la stratégie produit pour améliorer l'expérience de nos clients tout en utilisant une variété de données, et articuler clairement la justification des décisions produit.
