**Responsibilities**:

- Become familiar with all the items offered in our menu
- Ushering customers to their seats
- Answer customer inquiries related to our menu or business
- Prepare and package takeout orders for both pickup customers & delivery partners
- Serving food & drinks to customers
- Clean up and setting up tables
- Accurately process payments
- Constant communication with other servers & back of the house staff
- Store opening & closing duties

- Ability to work longer hours (whilst standing)
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Chinese (preferred)

**Summary**

As a Front Of House Staff/Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your role involves taking orders, serving food, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Your proficiency in food service and handling, along with your ability to communicate in English and Chinese, will enhance the dining experience. With skills in POS systems and time management, you will efficiently manage transactions and contribute to a seamless operation in our vibrant restaurant setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour
