**Team Lead (Operations/Marketing) - Join Our Dynamic Team**

Are you a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills and a commitment to excellence? Worldwide Talent Scout is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Team Lead in Operations or Marketing. In this role, you will work closely with our business associates to identify and fulfill the needs of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the business associate to understand client needs and develop tailored strategies to meet and exceed their expectations
- Conduct in-depth research on Kijiji and other relevant platforms to identify potential employers and market trends, providing valuable insights to drive decision-making
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and lead generation strategies, including cold calling and networking, to expand our client base and achieve sustainable growth
- Prepare lists of employers and coordinate with associates to meet their needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our operations or marketing strategies are effective and competitive

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of operations or marketing principles is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
