Look no further We have a new challenge for you We are currently looking for a Service and Start-up Technician to complete our onsite service team covering the greater Toronto area. This is a full-time, daytime position from Monday to Friday with an on-call period.

**Dayshift**: Monday to Friday Schedule with paid on-call period 24/24, 7 days a week, when applicable.

**Major Responsibilities**:
The Service Technician will be responsible for responding to service calls to resolve various problems related to the startup of computer software, various firmware, and other mechanical issues in both the Parking and Security equipment. In addition, the technician would perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure proper operation of the Automated Parking Equipment.
- Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment (computers, physical security and parking gates, access control equipment, security camera, automated parking terminals and pay stations, etc.);
- Keep your truck inventory up to date.
- On demand service calls for repairs of the automated parking equipment and or access control.
- Diagnose breakdowns and operating problems and make necessary repairs.
- Ensure quality service to customers.
- Respond to remote service calls.
- Any other related tasks deemed necessary for the job.
- Working with the support of our Senior Technical Service Team

**What we are looking for in our av-tech's teammates**:

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Successfully completed education in IT or mechanical
- electronic-related profession;
- 4 years of experience in similar tasks in general preventive and corrective maintenance in a related field is considered an asset;
- Possess a valid driver's license;
- Focused on customer service;
- Be a team player and enjoy working with the public;
- Have no legal impediments related to employment (mandatory);
- Be resourceful and versatile;
- Enjoy being on the road.
