**AIR INUIT CORPORATE PROFILE**

Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, chartered, cargo and emergency air transport services to Nunavik and beyond
- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - for 45 years. Collectively owned by the Inuit of Nunavik, through Makivvik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs approximately 800 employees in one of the world’s most challenging flight environments.

Air Inuit Management and its team of dedicated employees are committed to pursuing their tradition of providing safe, punctual and courteous air service for the growing number of people living and doing business in this enchanting region of Nunavik in Northern Québec.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Daily deposits and cash balance report;
- Bank reconciliation sales and refunds;
- Reconciliation of outstanding transactions;
- Cash receipt posting;
- Cargo sales reports verification, export and posting;
- Cash bar invoice and tracking;
- Research and collect air waybills;
- Commission fees reconciliation;
- Bridging of tasks including invoicing and issuing refunds;
- Other ad hoc analysis and reports as required by the immediate supervisor.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2 years of pertinent experience (aviation industry, an asset);
- Strong knowledge of the cash receipt process;
- Flexible and available for overtime if/when required;
- Results driven and respects deadlines;
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Proficient in use of MSOffice (Excel-advanced, Word, Outlook) and ability to adapt with ease to various systems (accounting system: GP Dynamics, Microsoft D365);
- Be bilingual (French/English), Inuktitut would be a complementary asset.

**REMUNERATION**

The remuneration package and associated benefits will be in accordance with corporate policies.

The work week is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
