**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional customer service. Your expertise in automotive repair and sales will help facilitate effective communication between customers and our service technicians, ultimately enhancing the overall customer experience.

**Duties**
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services recommended by technicians, including advising additional services when appropriate.
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and transactions.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
- Stay updated on automotive repair trends and dealership promotions to effectively inform customers.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up communication.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within an automotive dealership or repair environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate technical information to customers.
- Experience in advising automotive services is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in cash handling and managing financial transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in automotive repair or as a mechanic is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
