**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings, including agendas and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed for projects or presentations.
- Assist with personal tasks as required, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate logistics for events or meetings, including venue selection and catering arrangements.
- Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while being a team player.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
