**Competitive Pay** + Performance Bonuses

**Hourly Wage**: $19/hour

**Sales Bonus** (available for shifts of 6+ hours):

- 75 bags sold: $10 bonus
- 100 bags sold: $20 bonus

**Mileage Reimbursement**: $0.45/km for distances exceeding 20 km (one way)

**Food Safety Training**: We will reimburse the full cost

**Uniform**: One Siwin apron and cap will be provided free of charge. If lost, replacement costs are $10 for a cap and $20 for an apron.

**Your Role**:
**Engage** with Costco shoppers and promote our product with energy and professionalism.

**Demonstrate** product benefits and answer customer questions confidently

**Drive sales** and help increase visibility of the brand

**Stock and maintain** an attractive, well-organized display

Ensure a clean and positive presentation at all times

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, outgoing personality
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Experience in retail, sales, or demos is a plus, but not required
- Able to lift to [10-15lbs] and be on your feet during your shift
- Own transportation is a requirement as you will be traveling between each Costco location.
