- Generate and promote insurance products in order to meet daily sales targets
- Establishing relationships with centres of influence e.g. real estate agents, mortgage brokers, dealers and etc.
- Calling our clients to review their policies
- Cold & Warm calling to grow our business
- Answering client's questions and questions from insurance company
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.

What you bring to the table:

- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Dedicated to customer service
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Property & Casualty license - (preferred/must be able to obtain)

In order to start work in an Insurance Agency, you will need to have your OTL or RIBO license as this is a regulated industry. We will help you get your OTL licencing and you must be prepared to put in the time to study and pass the exam.

Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $33,771.00-$81,428.00 per year
