**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Financial Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance to clients, helping them manage their finances effectively and achieve their financial goals. You will leverage your skills in cash management, research, and financial services to create tailored strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.

**Responsibilities**
- Assess clients' financial situations by analyzing their income, expenses, and investment portfolios.
- Develop personalized financial plans that align with clients' short-term and long-term goals.
- Provide ongoing support and advice on cash management, investment strategies, and retirement planning.
- Conduct thorough research on market trends and financial products to offer informed recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts and transactions to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in financial regulations to provide the best advice possible.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in financial services or a related field is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with a solid understanding of cash management principles.
- Excellent research abilities to analyze data and market trends effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $63,213.00-$67,106.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
