**About the role**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Regional Sales Manager to support the sales operation in Ontario, Canada. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional and proactive sales support and customer service for Kramer customers throughout the defined territory.

**What will your job look like?***
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales initiatives for Pro AV and IT channels throughout the Ontario territory.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key players / decision makers.
- Represent Kramer at trade shows, end user events, and customer meetings to promote products.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities at the channel and end user level.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and project pipeline in Salesforce.
- Effectively manage current reseller and end user relationships.
- Work in a team sales environment at the regional level.
- Assist in resolving customer issues regarding sales and service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales success within the Pro AV and IT arenas.
- Ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the year.
- Excellent project management and planning skills, and high attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and manage several projects at one time.
- Proven ability to understand and practices value-added selling.
- Ability to work/ operate in a high growth & entrepreneurial environment.
- Must be a motivated, results driven, self-starter who desires success with the ability to make sound decisions within established guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- MUST LIVE WITHIN TERRITORY.
