**What You Will Do With Us**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team. As a **Key Account Manager**, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the** Kitchener/Waterloo** area.
**How You Will Thrive With Us**
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet client needs.
- Strong coordination skills to be the primary point person between internal teams, vendors, and customers
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients as needed.
- Manage contracts, negotiations, and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technical teams to provide support and solutions for clients' automation needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
- Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers
- Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
**Who Are You**
- Proven experience in key account management.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
- Ability to travel Internationally (when required)
