- **At least 6-8 years of experience as Business/System analyst in Capital market domain.**:
- **2+ years of project management experience.**:
- **Good understanding of Capital market operations (FO, MO, BO & leading CM vendors like Bloomberg, FIS, BONY etc..)**:
- **Should have experience on any database, prefer MSSQL & Oracle.**:
- **Should be able to articulate the requirement gaps, analysis to business/users.**:
- **Should be able to manage the project end-2-end.**:
- **Requirement documentation.**:
- **Getting estimates with development lead.**:
- **Negotiate on the estimates.**:
- **Plan delivery milestone timelines.**:
- **Risk & mitigation plan to complete the project.**:
- **Stakeholder management.**:
- **External product vendor management.**:
- **Good communication.**:
- **Agile/Scrum experience.**
