Key Responsibilities:
1. Increase Monthly Sales Revenue:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets across all locations.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
2. Manage Promotions and Offers:
- Plan and coordinate promotional events and special offers to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
3. Maintain Customer Relationships:
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally to enhance the customer experience.
4. Monitor Inventory and Stock:
- Oversee inventory levels across all locations, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demands.
- Collaborate with the supply chain team to manage on-demand items and reduce excess inventory.
5. Reduce Extra Expenses:
- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to minimize unnecessary expenses.
- Conduct regular financial reviews to ensure profitability across all store locations.
6. Competitor Analysis:
- Research and analyze competitors’ products, services, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Use insights gained to refine store offerings and marketing strategies.
7. Enhance Store Value:
- Propose and implement service enhancements or policy changes that add value to the customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and engaging store atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-location environment in Canada.
- Proven sales track record with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Proficient in inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
