_domilya GROUP Design & Supply Centre has an immediate opening for a Showroom Operations Manager and Client Service Coordinator_
As the Showroom Operations Manager and Client Service Coordinator you will be responsible for all store operations, product inventory, overall performance and development of the store.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure showroom is kept to Company visual standards
- Maintain product knowledge to educate customers about quality and value of domilya GROUP products
- Monitor store performance indicators
- Manage daily showroom operations including showroom visual design, sales growth stimulation and ensuring employees provide the highest standards of customer satisfaction and quality service
- Assist clients in a professional, courteous manner with product selection and provide suggestions
- Maintain a comprehensive and current knowledge of the industry and trends to provide insight and serve as a resource
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Consistently meet or exceed showroom sales goals
- Preparation of proposals
- Liaison between shop, client, architect, contractor, and/or designer
- Manage the showroom and acts as key point of contact for the showroom
- Organize all retail prospects & account prospects (as needed) for drafting & production
- Support Directors on projects where selections/revision support is needed
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries regarding services, products, pricing, availability, product use, and payment terms
- Formulate a follow-up strategy that brings warm leads into the showroom in sales consultations
- Track and report customer contacts, leads, and sales. Generate sales and work to close the deal.
- Significantly increase profits by guiding clients through a comprehensive consultation and selection of upgrades
- Attend all sales meetings and conference calls
- Lead meetings with clients for proposals, revisions, and selections
- Lead the process of getting projects to the “production” stage of the process (revisions, appliance specs, samples, schedules field measures, receives deposit, etc.)
- Responsible for making sure all files are clear and organized
- Follows-up with client for post-project photography and reviews as well as client appreciation gifts
- Create systems with Excel, improving operational organization and time management
- Provide training and support to company staff in the use of Excel and Retail POS system to accomplish highest level of service
- Carry out all phases of sales transaction from qualifying the client using strict company guidelines, to sales
- Coordinate and host events promoting domilya GROUP and domilya Design and Supply Centre products
- Develop team building programs to enhance the overall customer experience and to drive sales
- Coordinate all aspects of the business between departments including merchandising, warehousing, customer service, shipping and warehousing
- Handle all aspects of customer complaints with exchanges, customer compensation, home damage and overall customer satisfaction
- Help to bring on new contractors & designers to work with us and bring in new business
- Manage wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks to resolve customer issues quickly, positively, and efficiently
- Work with clients to gather objectives, supervise the project life cycle to produce an overall success for the business and the client
- Proven ability to effectively resolve difficult and/or unusual issues both internally and externally
- Work closely with the team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve growth
Other duties include:
- Answering phones
- Invoicing sales orders
- Filing invoices in customer files
- Bookkeeping - Must have QuickBooks experience
- Data entry
- Verifying vendor invoices
- Opening, sorting, and distributing mail
- Processing cash reports
- Facilitating answers to product and technical questions
- Must be able to work the assigned schedule and comply with the Company's timekeeping policy
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- 3-7 years of design and/or related experience required
- 4-7 years of administrative and/or related experience required
- Showroom and sales experience required
- Strong project management skills with experience in renovations and construction
- Able to work within tight deadlines
- Strong leadership skills, with five (5+) years of relevant work experience including sales and customer relationship man
