**1802372 Ontario limited O/A Hasty Market** is looking for a 1- **Full-time Retail Store Supervisor **to join our team

**Job Summary**: The Store Supervisor is responsible for leading the store in achieving sales goals and operating the POS system. This position will oversee all aspects of the store including customer service, inventory management, and training of team members.

**Duties include**:
1. Performing key-holding and managerial duties such as Opening and closing the stores, addressing customer complaints, Implementing marketing strategies and Signing for deliveries

2.Ensuring the store visual appeal and brand image are upheld, which involves regular updates to promotional materials, signage, and store cleanliness.

3. Resolving potential issues that may arise, including customer inquires and shortages in supplies.

4. Assigning monthly sales target to the employees and preparing weekly schedules.

5. Sustain a positive balance between profit and loss, ensuring the store’s financial well-being.

6. Recruiting and onboarding new employees, providing training across various store functions such as sales and customer service.

7. Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as necessitated by demand.

8. Supervise performance for the store, including revenue, merchandise presentation, inventory status, as well as health and safety standards.

9. Foster an environment of inclusivity, continuous learning, and enjoyment.

10. Energize and uplift the team, encouraging them to assist customers in discovering the ideal products or service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.10 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
