**Job Overview**
Provide excellent customer service, engages and interacts positively with all customers and team members

Support Store Management with operational functions to ensure customer satisfaction, maximum productivity and profitability, and compliance with company procedures

Opening and Closing duties such as sales reconciliation and cash management

Acts as Supervisor on Duty overseeing sales associates during evening/weekend, ensuring completion of tasks, leading and modelling sales and service expectations

Support Dispensary as needed with special orders and outgoing deliveries.

Proactively ensures Loss Prevention measures are being followed

Follow safe work procedures and Health and Safety requirements, prepare incident reports and work with Management to identify and eliminate hazards.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years key-holder experience in a high-volume retail setting
- Sales-driven, communicates effectively about promotions to achieve sales targets
- Able to multi-task, manages time effectively
- POS experience, proficient computer skills
- Experience in receiving, inventory management an asset

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff members to build a high-performing team.
- Handle cash management duties including cash handling and payroll processing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in budgeting to optimize stock levels.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions and reporting purposes.
- Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive shopping experience by maintaining store standards and visual merchandising.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
- Strong skills in recruiting, training, and team management.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and payroll management.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques with a focus on achieving results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
