**Position Overview**:
The Store Supervisor supports the efficient operation of both the kitchen and front-of-house, focusing on food quality, presentation, and exceptional customer service. This role emphasizes kitchen management while fostering teamwork and leadership. The Store Supervisor will work closely with the Store Manager and be trained to advance into a Store Manager role.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year in a similar role (Kitchen Supervisor or restaurant management), with customer service expertise.
- **Education**: Culinary Arts Diploma or Food Handler Certificate (preferred).
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, organization, problem-solving, and verbal communication.
- **Physical**: Able to work in high-temperature environments and lift up to 25lbs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee BOH and FOH operations, ensuring staff adhere to opening/closing, cleaning, and food preparation standards.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and minimize waste, following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain productivity, keeping labor costs in check.
- Assist in creating work schedules aligned with sales targets.
- Enforce Slayer Burger’s policies, core values, and safety standards.
- Report maintenance issues or staff concerns to the Store Manager.
- Lead by example in cooking, preparing ingredients, and operating kitchen equipment.
- Support marketing efforts, including food presentation for photo shoots.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and workplace health and safety practices.
