**COAST Performance Rehab is coming to Squamish June 2025**

COAST is excited about opening our fourth clinic in the beautiful community of Squamish early this summer and we are looking for an experienced Manager to join our opening team. _*This position will not start until the middle to end of May, depending on construction timelines._

This is a unique opportunity to participate in the launch of a brand-new clinic in one of BC’s most active communities. Your leadership and ideas will play a key role in shaping the culture and success of the business from day one. You’ll build and train your team, help set up the clinic, and work in an environment where your leadership and ideas make a difference.

**What you will be doing**
- Engaging with clients and creating a welcoming, supportive and efficient experience.
- Leading and mentoring the Client Services team to deliver superior client care.
- Supporting a fast-paced team environment by collaborating effectively with others to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Cultivate a supportive team environment through encouragement, recognition and proactive communication.
- Manage the Client Service schedule, daily sales reconciliation, supply inventory, and other administrative functions.

**What you will bring to COAST**
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and accomplish objectives.
- Experience and aptitude for accuracy in data entry, booking appointments, and daily sales reconciliation. This role is administratively demanding and requires the ability to organize and track tasks efficiently.
- Experience in a health clinic, doctor's office, or fitness facility will be considered an asset.
- Experience with the JaneApp booking system is an asset.
- Interest and knowledge of Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Active Rehab.
