**JOB DESCRIPTION**
You are a video storyboard director at heart who loves brainstorming entertaining video ideas and funny scripts. You are interested in human psychology, informed on social trends, and aren't afraid to be provocative with cheeky copywriting. You know exactly what moments to capture for a video to ‘click’. You are comfortable diving into analytics to improve engagement.
**DUTIES**
- Conceptualize, assist and participate in content creation
- Edit and produce short-form videos
- Monitor Tiktok channels for trends and pop culture references
- Post on Tiktok and respond to all comments
- Collaborate with marketing team on social initiatives
- Attend in-person filming sessions, photoshoots and pop-ups
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics to reach KPI’s
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- *Dependent on acquiring Venture for Canada Internship Program grant_
- Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident, or refugee status legally entitled to work in Canada
- Enrolled full or part-time in an accredited Canadian college or university
- Studying in marketing, communications, psychology, acting or related field
- 1+ years of video editing on IPhone
- Experience using CapCut, Inshot, or similar video editing software
**Job Type**: Freelance
Pay: $22.50 per hour
